Global Sangha in Partnership with Arctic Tern Expeditions Presents

Uganda Wildlife Conservation Safari

Explore Within. Travel Beyond.

May 7 – May 17, 2026

This expedition is in partnership with Arctic Tern Expeditions.

Each expedition is an opportunity to witness conservation in action. We don’t just visit these areas—we engage with ongoing initiatives, learn about local conservation projects, and meet the people dedicating their lives to protecting these ecosystems. Our visits provide direct support to these projects, both financially and by amplifying their message. By bringing attention to these efforts, we help share their stories with the world, raising awareness and inspiring action.

Trip Highlights:

  • Spend two days trekking to see endangered mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
  • Walk with the Southern white rhino in Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
  • Glide through Mabamba Swamp to glimpse the rare Shoebill
  • Encounter troops of chimpanzees in Kibale Forest National Park
  • Small group experience (4-6 guests only) guided by award-winning photographer, Renato Granieri
